  • WHAT IF MY CHILD IS NOT A STANDARD SIZE?

    Having trouble finding clothes to fit your child?

    Look no further as Quality Primary School Wear cater for all shapes and sizes by offering you Custom Sizing e.g. size 8 waist with size 10 leg length.

    *Please choose your size carefully as Custom Made garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

     

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    Please use the size chart to establish your child’s size before placing your order, as postage for exchanges will be incurred by the customer.

    Garments must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and unwashed.

    Quality Primary School Wear has a high standard of quality, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, please return it within 7 days and you will be issued a replacement.

    Goods must be returned to us in their original condition.

    *Please note that Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they have been tailored specifically for your child.

     

  • WHAT IF THE SIZE I WANT SAYS OUT OF STOCK?

    Should we be temporarily out of stock of your chosen garments, please try again soon as we restock regularly.

  • HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?

    All orders, except Express Post and Registered Post, are shipped at a flat rate of $12.00 right across Australia via Australia Post.

    Your order will be dispatched within approximately 1-3 days.

     

  • WHAT IS A SKORT?

    A Skort is a Skirt with Bike Shorts attached.

    They have the appearance of a Skirt with the bonus of hidden Bike Shorts for added modesty.

    They provide more freedom of movement, whether it be sitting cross-legged in the classroom or hanging on the monkey bars in the playground.

     

  • WHAT ARE SKEGGINGS?

    Skeggings are a combination of a Skirt with Leggings attached.

    Wearing a Skirt with attached Leggings offers extra warmth for children on a cooler day, plus smartens up a pair of leggings with a stylish Skirt.

    Skeggings allow for freedom of movement and modesty, especially when practicing handstands and cartwheels in the playground.
